Our store is hosted via Woo Commerce. They provide Rock on Equestrian with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the sizes, colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure that these are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that different items of the same colour will be an exact match due to batch production and fabric dying process. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Social Media and User Generated Content

Any person(s) that ‘tag’ Rock on Equestrian Ltd or any related hashtags, are agreeing to the brand using, copying, editing, modifying, displaying or reposting across Rock on Equestrian Ltd digital properties and 1. Using the post for commercial purposes including marketing, advertising and publicity 2. Using your name, image, likeness and username in connection with the post.

Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Our discount codes can be used only once per order. Rock on Equestrian Ltd reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion. Discount codes are subject to stock availability.

Complaints

Please contact Rock on Equestrian Ltd via email if you have any complaints. The brand will do our very best to deal with complaints and reach a satisfactory conclusion for both parties.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with you order, Rock on Equestrian Ltd. will happily accept returns for either an exchange or full refund. Items purchased in the sale or at a discounted price can only be exchanged.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

Items must have all tags still attached

Items must be unworn and unwashed

Rock on Equestrian Ltd are not responsible for the cost of returns

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving a return

Return costs are non-refundable and it is recommended that a tracked/signed service is used

Returning Orders

Please contact Rock on Equestrian Ltd via email so that a member of the team can double check that your item is eligible for refund or exchange. Please clearly state your order number in the subject of the email to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. Print and complete our returns form. Use the address label provided on the returns form and attach to the front of your parcel. Return your order to us via a tracked/signed service in a suitable form of packaging. Any returns that arrive damaged may not be accepted for a refund.

If Rock on Equestrian Ltd have not received your return within 14 days of purchase, no refund will be given. In is at the discretion of the brand whether a credit note is given. The first exchange item will be posted free of charge, but thereafter the purchaser is liable. If the exchange is returned for a refund the exchange shipping will be deducted. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method originally used, minus postage costs.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us straightaway via email along with any supporting photos and documents. Please also provide your order number in the email subject. If the product has a clear manufacturing fault, then Rock on Equestrian Ltd will exchange the product for a like for like product (if in stock). If the product is not in stock, a gift voucher will be offered or a different product for the same value. Products that are damaged due to long term wear or damaged due to being washed incorrectly are not eligible for a faulty return. If Rock on Equestrian Ltd agree that the product is faulty, standard postage will be covered.

Personal Information We Collect

Our company is hosted on the Woo Commerce. Woo Commerce provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Woo Commerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woo Commerce applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Woo Commerce and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Delivery Options

Standard UK Postage (Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Postage) – £4.95

Tracked 48 Hour Postage (48 Hours from Dispatch) – £15.00

Standard International Posted (Royal Mail/Parcel Force) – £20.00

Pre-orders will be posted as soon as the products are in stock. The pre order lead time will be stated on the product, along with a date or expected dispatch.

Rock on Equestrian Ltd endeavours to post all orders within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time over busy periods and Banks Holidays. A member of Rock on Equestrian Ltd staff will contact you as soon as possible, if there is any known issue with your order.

Undelivered / Unclaimed Deliveries

If you have missed your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date. In most cases, they will also leave a contact number so you can get in touch directly to reschedule your delivery at no extra charge.

Alternatively, the courier will leave your parcel in a ‘safe place’. A safe place enables a courier to collect or deliver your parcel even if you’re not in. It should be dry and secured from public access but still easily accessible to our courier. Typical examples include a shed, greenhouse or porch. If you have a chosen safe place, then please leave this in the delivery instructions section during your order.

Rock on Equestrian Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays in relation to any of the following (not limited to): strikes, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threat of terrorist attacks, weather, natural disasters, fire or failure of telecommunications networks.

Lost / Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel has been lost, damaged or potentially stolen in transit, please contact Rock on Equestrian Ltd via email as promptly as possible (within 48 hours if damaged). To ensure that your issue is resolved quickly and efficiently, please provide your delivery number and postcode as well as any relevant dates or images.
